Lung Cancer starts from the lungs and the first stage of lung cancer means that the airways have developed abnormal cells that indicate cancer. At this stage, lung cancer is curable and many people have recovered after taking adequate precautions and treatment for lung cancer stage 1. This also shows that the tumor is restricted to the lungs and has not spread into the lymph roles.

What are Lungs?

Lungs are respiratory organs that are found as a pair in the body. These spongy organs expand when air is inhaled and deflate when the air is removed from the body. We inhale oxygen in the inhalation process and exhale carbon dioxide from the body during exhalation.
